This is Smoki, he's a sweet, gentle guy that has special needs that will require a diet of Hill's® Prescription Diet® k/d® Canine Renal Health probably for the rest of his life. He has been been diagnosed with exposure to Anaplasma and is currently being treated for that with the antibiotic doxycycline. He also has decreased kidney function which may be a result of the exposure and is the reason for the special diet.
